Yes. We replace your existing broker and serve as your primary benefits consultant. What does it cost?
Pricing varies based on your company size, scope of services, and specific needs. We won't know the exact cost until we complete a consultation to fully understand your requirements. During your discovery call, we'll discuss your situation in detail and provide transparent pricing tailored to your organization.
Is this compliant?
Yes. We follow all carrier and broker guidelines. No public plan-specific advertisements are made, all follow-ups are consented, and we never collect PHI via public forms. Secure upload instructions are provided separately when needed. All communications comply with HIPAA, CMS, and state insurance regulations.
What's your typical response time?
48-hour maximum for employee questions during active programs. During peak Open Enrollment periods, we provide same-day Help Desk support. Emergency escalations are handled within 4 business hours with direct phone follow-up.

How quickly can we get started?
2–4 weeks from discovery call to first employee session. For urgent Open Enrollment needs with 30+ days notice, we can expedite. During peak Q4 season, we recommend booking 60–90 days ahead to ensure availability.
