Services Description
Medicare AEP Help Desk provides two primary services:
- For Organizations: We coordinate and staff compliant Medicare Help Desk events at no cost to partner organizations during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
- For Individuals: We provide free, unbiased Medicare consultation services through licensed insurance agents to help individuals understand their Medicare options.
Important Medicare Disclaimer
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
No Obligation to Enroll
All consultations and information provided through our services are educational in nature. You are under no obligation to enroll in any Medicare plan discussed. Our agents are here to provide information to help you make an informed decision.
Consent and Permissions
Permission to Contact (PTC)
By submitting a form on our website, you provide Permission to Contact (PTC), which means:
- You consent to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent by phone, email, or text
- You understand that you are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- Your consent is valid for 9 months from the date provided
- You may revoke your consent at any time
Call Recording Consent
By requesting a consultation, you consent to call recording for quality assurance and compliance purposes. All calls with licensed agents are recorded and may be reviewed by compliance personnel.
SMS Consent (Optional)
If you opt in to receive text messages:
- You agree to receive text messages related to your Medicare inquiry
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
- SMS consent is separate from general PTC consent
Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to provide appropriate Medicare recommendations.
